When a move order leaves

A house-move order in by 3pm is dispatched that day.

The cutoff is 3pm

Move Me Up dispatches an order placed by 3pm on that day. Weekends are not dispatch days. An order at 3.01pm waits for the next working day.

The terms aim for delivery by 5.30pm the next working day on internet orders received by 3pm. Monday to Thursday, that is the following day. Friday aims for Monday. A bank holiday on Friday or Monday moves the delivery on.

A van of boxes is not one parcel

The homepage also describes a 1 to 3 day courier, depending on the items. A stack of removal cartons should plan for the later of those two published windows.

UK delivery is free over £50 ex VAT. The threshold is the goods before VAT.
