The carton that stacks
Removal cartons are double wall, the stronger board, manufactured in the UK. They are packed to be stacked in a van, not to fit a Royal Mail small parcel. That maximum is 450 x 350 x 160 mm on the outside, and it is the wrong test for this carton.
Single wall is the everyday board. It can carry a light load. Books, kitchenware and anything with another carton on top belong in double wall.
Kits, wardrobes and what stays boxed
Removal kits are the mixed sets, when one size is not enough. Wardrobe boxes are separate because they include a plastic hanging rail. Archive boxes have handles and an integral lid, are supplied flat, and the sides are triple thickness once made up. They are the carton you will lift again after the move.
A half-empty removal carton collapses under the next one. Fill the space, or choose a smaller carton.
Ordering
Open the removal cartons, then add a kit, wardrobe boxes or archive boxes if the move needs them. Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day. UK delivery is free on orders over £50 ex VAT.
